Mark Haddon’s celebrated novel is beautifully adapted into a stage play by Simon Stephens and directed by Marianne Elliot. Although gifted with a superbly logical brain, fifteen year-old Christopher is autistic. His carefully constructed world falls apart when he finds his neighbor’s dog impaled on a garden fork and he is initially blamed for the killing. A deeply funny, poignant, and fascinating mystery with equal parts comedy and drama. Encore performance recorded live at the National Theatre, London in September 2012.
