The Ambler Theater, Upper Dublin Public Library, and Wissahickon Valley Public Library present a three-film series exploring civic engagement in a fun, entertaining way. Each film in the series looks at a Constitutional Amendment through the lens of film.
This series is funded, in part, by the American Rescue Plan: Humanities Grants for Libraries, an initiative of the American Library Association (ALA) made possible with funding from the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021.
